Horrible service. The receptionist is the worst. She wrote the obituary for our little girl and forgot several relatives including her older brother and misspelled several names even though they were given to her correctly. They promised us things would be done by a certain date yet when we inquired about the status they told us it would take much longer. If you have to deal with them and you want things done right you need to work with the owner. My husband called him to complain about how we were being treated and everything amazingly got done when they first promised!
Trey Hawkins showed up in the early morning hours of March 2, 2015 to my Dad's house who had passed. From the moment he arrived he treated us like he would have if it was a member of his own family. He went above and beyond and never tried to play on our sorrow for a sell. He gave us the best deal that he could for my Dad. He showed not only my family total respect and regards during our loss, but my Dad as well. I have known the Hawkins family for years and I know by experience that when we suffer another loss which is inevitable , That I will be calling on him again without an ounce of hesitation. Trey, Thank You for treating my Dad as if he were your own and making a very sorrow filled time for us a lot more bearable through your caring heart
