Rude workers every time I have gone in here. Obviously they hate thier job. Advice to you: go to college, get and education and work in a field you enjoy. Such a disappointment for Decatur.
Beware if you are going to this place don't go for your driving test. We ended up with a very rude worker that kept complaining about being at work. Then she didn't let us take our driving test because we can one bulb out of the three break lights. So we have to reschedule to come back. We will not be back to this office again.
The lady that was supposed to grade me on my driving test was a total jerk and obviously didn’t need to be there... if you’re looking for people with good attitudes don’t go here!
Extremely rude ladies. I wanted to receive more info on getting my license, so I entered. Room full of people and the worker named Valerie had a very bad attitude towards me, very stern and disrespectful. I left the DMV in shock, I entered again to ask her for her name and out of nowhere she changed her attitude (became more helpful). Maybe it was my race? Seem extremely racist. Not the service I was expecting.
The Decatur DPS is awesome! I drive out of my way to come here whenever my license needs to be renewed. All of the employees are efficient, getting people in and out much faster than any other DPS does. Isabella, the woman who waited on me, did an excellent job! She made sure that I had the proper proof of residency, processed my application quickly and took one of the best drivers license pictures I’ve ever had! In fact, I heard the person that Isabella had waited on before me comment about how much she liked her new photo too! This location has provided great customer service every time I have visited. I drive miles out of my way to come the Decatur DPS and I will continue to do so in the future!
