Nice rooms. The air conditioning was exceptional. I had to turn it down cause I got cold. Nice quiet environment. Will definitely stay again if the need arises. On a scale of 1 to 10. I rate it as a 10.
Rooms are very clean and smell good. The exterior of the motel is deceiving as it's nicer inside than the outside. The exterior needs immediate improvement. Staff is courteous. Would stay there again.
We stayed at the Best Western in Decatur, TX. We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. The lobby was nice and clean. The receptionist was very polite and well dressed. The room was clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and we sleep well. Thanks Best Western!
The owner/manager was very friendly, and personally came to help us get the tv remote working, and was clearly eager to serve his customers. He came up to us and asked how the breakfast was, which is better customer service than most places offer. The breakfast was quite good, actually. I love those Texas shaped waffles, and the eggs weren't too salty. Apple juice was a little watery, but not much of an issue in the grand scheme of things. The room was clean, there was a refrigerator and TV, and the beds were SUPER soft. Pillows, too. Probably the best night's sleep I've ever had at a motel that charged less than $75/night!
This place was great. The service was great. The rooms were extremely clean. And we stayed on the back side of the motel and it was very quiet with very little road noise. The continental breakfast was very nice. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay there again.
