Every time I ask for 'fresh gallon of tea I get soured tea?the empolyes refuse to make me a fresh gallon ,I get tea every other day ,at this moment I'll get my tea somewhere else very bad customer serive
Chicken express is my one of my favorite chicken restaurants, but not this one! Food was cold, chicken tasted funny, even the mashed potatoes we're cold. I'll never go back.
My second trip was around 8 p.m. on a Sunday night and the employees were working really hard but all frowning and not very friendly, probably from exhaustion. The food was good as usual but the service was lacking and we waited for about 45 minutes on our food to go for 2 people.. I would recommend Chicken Express to others over KFC any day just my opinion.
My first trip was very pleasant..The employees were super nice,the service was great and the food was very good.
Good food nice workers. Takes a while to make food,if you go at night not the best food. Didn't see workers wearing gloves
The okra was a little to well done but still good. Love this place.
