I was so surprised at how friendly the staff is! The restraunt was clean, the food was so much better than my local cicis. I never write reviews, so the fact im writing this at all is saying something. The white-haired man working the counter tonight deserves a raise for his wonderful attitude.

Horrible!!! The pasta and sauces were ice cold. When I asked when the mgr would be in a young bimbo who looked about 20 said she was the manager. When I asked where the older guy was she informed me he was the owner. I told her their pasta and sauces were going to give someone food poisoning. She told me "Oh well". Salad bar was dirty. Who ever cut the bell peppers didn't even have the brains to take the seeds and membrane out. Eat there at your own risk.
They handled our group of 25 expertly. Pizza buffet was well stocked and delicious. The best Cici's I've ever been to.
