Came in today for a patch up with a nail in my tire. My tread was absolutely terrible and they told me they won't push me to do it if I didn't have the money, but they also warned me I needed to get it done. So I explained to Bill (is his name) that I am a waitress and I cannot drop a lot of money because rent is coming up. He then immediately does some work on his computer finds a solutions and offers me a fantastic deal on tires I knew I couldn't afford. He helped me out in a huge way to the point where I wanted to just bear hug him. He was so sweet and understanding and I would be in harms way with my tires if it wasn't for that caring man that worked there. He is not a manager but should be he deserves a raise. I will now and always be a loyal costumer here at discount tire. Just wow outstanding costumer service.

This store is absolutey amazing. Came in to get a tire fixed and found out they couldn't fix it. Didn't have the money for a new tire and they came up with a solution. They have totally saved my butt!!
Very helpful and friendly. The wait was a bit long for my liking. 1.5hrs to patch a tire.

for $78 dollars out the door,
