On a road trip from Austin to Montana. The AC went out on the first part of the trip. Stopped by superior auto to see about getting the AC recharged. The gentleman was upfront about the cost and got us in really fast! Instead of just doing the recharge, They tested the AC and found out it was another problem. Got it fixed super quick!
10 stars if possible. I have used this shop for going on 4 years. Between my wife, kids, elderly parents and myself i have used them at least once every few months on a different vehicle. Each time their service has been excellent and timely!!

Had a transmission rebuilt by them. Paid $1850.00. Soon after I got the truck back I started to have problems with the transmission. It would hesitate and drop back and forth between gears. I took the truck back up there to inform them of the problem while it was still under warranty. They told me that the transmission wasn't the issue and said i needed sparks plugs. I replaced the plugs and wires like suggested and continued to have problems. I then took it back again and they came up with another excuse again saying it isn't the transmission you have a bad u-joint. They didn't take the time to even drive the truck and see for themselves what I was talking about. This game continued until the warranty expired and I am now out $1850.00 and have a transmission that hesitates and drops back and forth between 4th and 3rd. THEY ARE CROOKS AND DISHONEST. Would not recommend them to anyone.
If I could rate this a zero, I would. They won't hesitate to jump the gun and tell you that even small repairs are 'big bucks" when you explain the problem. My grandmother went and tried to get her van serviced by them, just a torque of a belt, and they broke her power steering resivoir. When asked, they claim it was like that prior to their repairs, when, in actuality it's likely because my grandmother refused to get a 1,000 repair done that would have done close to nothing on what she wanted repaired on the car. Would go to any other mechanic if possible, there are plenty of honest people around here...
